Week: 10
Songs to Remember: Gorilla - Pentagon, The Eye - Infinite
There are times when I end up staying up so late (for stupid reasons) that I just let go, just agree to stay up since I'll be getting some half-assed sleep anyways.
'Cause think of it this way: I go to sleep, I get, say, 4 hours of sleep. I wake up feeling shit, knowing I barely got any sleep. Or, I could just stay awake as long as I can, still feeling like my waken self. It's like, when you've woken up after sleeping, you feel like wanting to go back to sleep. Same with staying awake I suppose. You're awake, so you're most likely to want to stay awake.
Dance was just writing, literally just writing. We changed, even though we weren't gonna be doing shit today, but whatever. We wrote a one-page paper on our thoughts of Friday's rally. All there was to it. Math, just work, and, work. Test on the 17th though. Break, nothing unusual. Digital Art, we had a substitute who looked like he was in college. Umm, just work as usual. English, the teacher talked about his opinions on some propositions, listened to some, and, that was it. Lunch, that was the usual. You know, walk to meet up with Ag, stand in line, get lunch, get to the table.
There was some chaos going on. There were two students, I'm guessing freshmen. They were sitting at our table, eating lunch, not really talking, just, there. I don't think they get the etiquette that it's, our table, ya know. And nobody's like, rude enough to tell them to go the fuck away, right. There was a shit-ton of people who sit at our small table, including, but not limited to: me, Ag, DrewN, Jk, Lw, Ek, Jh, a KDT member, and her friend. So yeah, not much room for all of us. Also there were fucking wasps flying around at our table too, but that still didn't discourage these fuckers from leaving.
After about 10 minutes, they finished their lunch and left. Not sure what was going through their minds to make them think "Hey, let's sit here." And apparently Ek was at the table first, and then these two came over and sat down. Now I have no problem sharing a table, but, considering it's small as fuck, and we already have a shit-ton of people planning to sit here every day, ya know, nothing much you can do. Also having nowhere else to sit is not an excuse, there's a shit-ton of other areas, with shade, that they could've sat at.
Feels fucking bad man. Anyways, Gov was a very interesting period. It was a work day, for us to work on our commercial, due Monday. And, our group didn't exactly get much work done. There was, however, a lot of story exchange. I learned a lot about the people who sat at my table and how their lives are pretty, interesting. Err, extremely different from mine's. It was very enlightening, how I got an insight to how these people are able to function as well as they are considering the circumstances of their families or, just, how life's going for 'em, compared to mine's. Like, my parents are still together. Maybe not for long after I graduate but, they're still together, unlike one of my table-mates who've had a step-father and like, a shaky relationship with their mother.
And that's just the tip of it all, there was so much to learn from all of them, there's no other way to describe it. So I'd take that all with a bit of thought that, maybe I shouldn't take some of the shit I have for granted. I mean I probably still will, but in the moment, it does make me think, which is good. Finally, Chinese was a one-on-one discussion of work with Zl, as the other two members of our group weren't here for, basically the whole period. We had to draw a map, make questions, video-record it all tomorrow.
After school was practice for ASTRO's "Hide & Seek." Umm, pretty much done with the dance, just a few seconds of dance to add and that'll be it for the moves. And yeah I was right, the moves were easy, just, sharpness and timing was all that was left. For this dance there were 4 different groups doing different moves at different parts of the song, so Jb and Bp taught separate. The former KDT president showed up to watch today. And umm, yeah, not as bad as I'd have thought it would've gone. At the end of practice, it was like 10 minutes before 5:00 PM and so, KDT just does what it usually does: play songs for people to dance and join into if they know it (or at least a partial bit).
And yeah, they did play Infinite's "The Eye," of which I did showcase a bit of my knowledge of the dance. That made me realize "Damn, I'm pretty pretty into it." I think I've performed in front of others so many times before that it doesn't matter if I mess up or shit, 'cause nobody really gives a shit, heh. So that was fun. Now if only they knew the group MASC, then I'd definitely give it my all. It's 12:13 AM, gonna finish math work, and then, see ya.
