Week: 2
Songs to Remember: Her - Block B

I was gonna put something funny here but I forgot. I think I remember what it was; my Chinese teacher was like "Reading your guys' essays make me want to kill myself" or something like that. I was like "If I had to read over a hundred essays about Chinese greetings, I'd probably kill myself too".

So we're actually doing something for World History. I asked for it, I guess I got what I wanted. Sorta. She starts us off with a project. Now in other cases, I'd probably just freak the f*** put 'cause I always procrastinate on projects, but this time ull make an exception 'cause this is kinda a fun project (yes I just used fun and project in the same sentence). My teacher starts us off with having us answer some questions about Hammurabi's Code. You know, that " eye for an eye thing"?. Yeah, that. After that, she's like "Have you guys heard of "The Walking Dead"? We're all like " Well, yeah".

So she shows us the trailer for The Walking Dead and I'm just like "Oh my god, this is going to be like first period English class last year. After that, she hands us all this guide paper thing. It's a paper with instructions written on 'em, okay? She explains the project to us, in which we have to think of rules, laws, and regulations if there were to be a zombie apocalypse in our city. I was like " Hey, this is something I could get behind". After reading about Hammurabi's Code, we gotta make rules and laws for like religions, defense, trade, crime and punishment, etc. Really, really cool project.

Cool as in something unique and interesting. I mean, I don't think I've done a project in any other classes where there's zombies involved. With the topic of zombies as interest, the projects is practical for real life situations, such as if a zombie apocalypse were to happen (hopefully), we'd have the knowledge to re-build and restart a community. That's why I give this sorta learning technique a 9/10, I mean, i actually wanna do the work, just 'cause its zombies.

So, I get started right away and start writing a bunch of s*** down. With my knowledge of zombies, apocalyptic situation, survival (all from video games, movies, and shows), I basically grasp the idea of the rules for an apocalyptic community. I probably worded that wrong but whatever. Anyways, I'm probably gonna get an A++ for this project or so help me. I also watched the complete first season of The Colony so that is gonna help a lot.

For English, we actually sorta had our first essay today. I'm saying "sorta" 'cause all we have to do is follow a template and we're done. This one dude, let's call him Dv for now, sots behind me in class. He's with Tn and their friends in the debate team by the way. He cones in today and he was like "Hey what's your name" and I'm like "Drew" and he's like "I'm Dv" and I'm like "I know you". His voice was a lot higher than I thought. Oh, and I just remembered, for the first sentences of NY post, I was gonna wrote about how Tn's in crutches.

On the first day of school, I saw her with crutches (I'm guessing she broke her legnor something, I don't know) and I was just like " Oh, looks like the tables have turned. Looks like the boot's on the other foot now. Get it? 'Cause-" Just kidding. Sorry, I don't mean to be mean. I just felt like saying it, no mean intentions intended? Just an observation like "Oh, what happened?" And uh, yeah. I mean, I got to write everything I think.

Anyways, I saw Yue coming from here locker and I was like "Yooo, she has the same locker place as me. Looks like I have a new route". Lel, but still I don't sit next to her. It'd be fun if we were friends, and I'm now not asking for much more than that, 'cause, well, its got bad written all over it. She's a senior, I'm a sophomore, its just 100% chance of bad. But I don't even know if friends would even work, we got like nothing to really talk about. Except, like, helping me with Chinese class. That's about it.

I think her and I on the first few days of school were kind of a fluke. I don't know, maybe she wasnt thinking straight on the first couple days and was like " I should be friends with this dude". 'Cause during class today, everyone had to get up out of their seats and go around the classroom to find and label equipment on this worksheet. Yue and I (I still think that's really funny) were pretty awkward on it, probably 'cause I didn't really have high self-esteem today. Thaaat's probably why. If the teacher ever has us do lab partners and let us choose, you best know that I'ma get right to it; bolt across the room to her desk.

Oh and I also got out of my "0" period on my schedule, you know, that class in which I thought was the academy, but its actually a class in which I DO NOT remember at all, signing up for. No memory whatsoever. I asked the teacher and she was like "We had a Google doc setup and you filled it out" and I was just like "When is 0 period?" And she was like "7:00 to 8:00 AM" and I was just like "Oh my god, what the f***, are you crazy- get, just- get- just get me out of here". And she got me out of the class. Thank goodness for the simplicity.

So, as I left off, after 3rd period ended (chemistry), I had to go to the restroom. I don't remember if I peed before I left home, or I forgot. Either way, I had to go. I waited until the bell rang to go. It took me about 1 minute to go, 1 minute for everything else. Passing time is about 6 minutes, so I by the time I was halfway to the locker rooms for P.E, and since it had been about 2 minutes just to walk there (the supervisor s locked the gates to the boys locker room. So that meant I had to walk AROUND the large gym to go through the gate on the other side, and then to the boys locker room. I can't just yell for them to open the lock, once its locked, it's locked and you're probably f***.

So as I was walking around the large gym and through the blacktop for where freshmen usually stand for roll call, Vt's there, I didn't notice her until she was like "Hey, I know that guy" and I was just like "F***, I was to be the one to say that" and she was like "Drew right?" And I was like "Yeah" and she was like "Yesss" and I was just like "What the f***? Are you adding me to your people who I remember online lost?" Anyways, my plan, or, foresight really, of what I wabted to happen, it went pretty bad. I changed, fast, and went outside. Our class was to meet at the gym 'cause Volleyball.

I see my classmates and I'm just like "F***", 'cause, there weren't that many cute girls really, and almost everyone's taller than me so I'm just like " God help me now, please, just an inch taller. HOW MUCH CALCIUM DO I HAVE TO INTAKE". So the teacher (same teacher I had for badminton *shudders*) went over like the etiquette for absences and tardies and cuts and whatever. She said that mostly the girls are the ones bad at Volleyball and I was like "Oh, am i gonna prove you wrong". She said that the sports here at the school in which students rarely gets A's in are Volleyball and Basketball and I was just like " Oh my god, I don't belong here". We're going to be starting starting right away tomorrow so I'm just like "Please be gentle". Please.

After that forecast for disaster, there was lunch, hell, etc. God, is the lesson hard for Algebra Ii right now. I mean, no necessarily hard, just, difficult to comprhend. It's word problems, which are fine, but they word it so you have to figure out the equation drpn what they're saying and then solve it. The hard part's not solving it, it's figuring out what they're saying like, oh my god. It's like " Mike has 2 watermelons less than Steve, Steve owns 5 as many mansions as Melissa, how many trees are in America?" Like, the wording is very confusing, that's all. Hopefully we can just finish the chapter and move onto something more, less word-y.

Oh man, 6th period Chinese class. El was wearing her usual clothes today. I was wondering about her height and after watching Domics' "Breakups" videos for entertainment, I was like "El is shirt enough that I can rest my chin on her head". You know, just, hashtag Chinese class things. And uh, we just went over the homework, the teacher told us some stories, goes over what is for homework, and we leave. And uh, yeah.

So what am I gonna do now? Well I'ma sleep now that's what I'm gonna do 'cause it's 12:18 AM and my hands are cramping. And I know I forgot something and I know I'm gonna have to make new plans. After I sleep for course. See you tomorrow.
