Week: 1
Songs to Remember: Take Me Out - Franz Ferdinand

There're are lot of bootleg things I overhear people say at school. What kind of bootleg things? I don't even remember.

World History is still pretty boring. Boring as in slow. We haven't even read a page in our textbook yet, in which we all don't bring 'cause we don't need em'.We had a quiz today, not necessarily about World History. There were a few questions about religions and continent names and stuff, but that was about it. It was like a 7 question quiz. Oh- I just remembered something bootleg. So there's this one dude in our class right, his name starts with a J and has long hair so his friends call him "Jesus" (the dudes I referred to delinquents).

My teacher has us all write on index cards, "3 lies and a truth". Basically we write 3 lies about ourselves and 1 truth, then people in the classroom guess who it is, then guess which of the 4 is the truth. It's like a little game to play when there's some time left near the end of class. So the dude, referred to as "Jesus", moved to a different class yesterday I think. He's not in our class anymore. My teacher still had his index card thing so when we were playing the game today, my teacher read off his card and the first thing he put was "I died and came back to life".

Oh my god, the class was laughing their asses off. That was one of the most bootleg things I have ever heard. Holy f***, when I heard it, I was just like "Oh my lawd, that was bootleg". I cannot explain how bootleg it was. Oh my god. Anyways, just something bootleg I heard in class, probably the best thing to come out of World History this whole week.

English 2A is still a bore, the teacher had us continue us reading an article and "going in deep" in the meaning. Pretty boring, but, I'm glad it's not an essay. Boring, but better than essays. So uh, yeah, nothing much in English.

Chemistry is not that fun anymore, emphasis on that. We did watch this one bootleg video on lab safety. Ehhh, comparable to Bill Nye videos, not as bootleg as Bill Nye videos, but close. The teacher had us watch the video, take notes on it, and that was that. And I didn't even say hi to Yue.

4th period, oh boy, probably the mvp class of the day. Why? Ploooot twiiiist. Today we were supposed to be picking our classes for the next, 3 weeks or so. After I got out of the locker room, the gym door was locked so basically everybody, including my friend and I chatted outside for a bit. About 3 feet in front of me, I see someone vaguely similar. Kinda looked like Vt a bit. More so than anybody else I've seen. I try to see the name on her P.E shirt and whadya know, hehe, it said "Vt". I was like "Oh my lawd". My friend was just chatting away at me and I'm just staring into space like "Oh my lawd".

Ploooot twiiiist. First thing I noticed after I figured out it was her: she's about as tall as me. I'm like "Ffffffffffff". Well, at least she's not taller than me so I'm happy about that, I guess, ehhh. Who would've known she'd be in my P.E period. F***ing plot twists everywhere man, I love em', and hate em'. Love em' 'cause it spices things up a bit, hate em' 'cause they're plot twists. Anyways, we went inside, they took roll, we filled out an information card, and there were 3 choices: volley-ball, softball, and rug-ball.

I was eager to choose volley-ball, mostly 'cause I'm no good at softball or rug-ball, but 'cause lots'a girls choose volley-ball. But, I'm short as s*** so it might not be the best for me. My friends were like "Hmmm, rug-ball, or softball?" So they ended up choosing softball and that's fine. One thing I'm concerned with in softball is hitting the ball. We only get 2 pitches in softball here. I either hit the ball, or, I'm a lost cause for my team. Rug-ball, ehhh, I'm not the fastest runner, definitely not the fastest, and I'm not the best catcher. The best I do is block the offense on the other team. That's about it, all about the defense.

Oh and I forgot to mention. When I was walking from English class (2nd period) to Chemistry (3rd period), I heard "Drew!" and I saw Em and El and Em was all like "Yooo, I haven't seen you in a long time". We hugged and their friend (the big dude) was like "I don't know this guy. Is this the guy from Facenovel?" And then we were like "Bye" and I went to Chemistry. I mean like, she saw on the first day, but I didn't think she knew what I looked like, or forgot, it's been several months so I forgive her.

Lunch ends, hell, the usual. Class was pretty brutal today, the questions were pretty hard, and I know all you college people are like "Lel, this noob high-schooler thinks his work his hard, he has no idea". Yeah, I don't have an idea, 'cause this stuff is difficult, or rather, challenging, for a high-schooler, which is what I am, right now. Anyways, I don't know why I had to say that, but, the work was pretty challenging today. And, yeah, homework on the weekends in which nobody likes.

Chinese class, pretty fun, teacher cracks some jokes, El and I small talk (or actually, she small talks and I just try and attempt and small talk as best as I could). We went over lesson 1 a bit, on how to speak the words, with the teacher saying the words and we repeat after her. She'd also do hand-motions to help us remember the meanings, like a book-opening motion for "xuesheng", which means "student". Her technique actually works, I like it.

El also dressed differently today. Anyways, I walk to my mom's car, I run into a friend from Biology last year. We chat for a bit, and then yeah. So, what to expect on Monday. Well, I'll certainly have to let Vt know I exist again, I'll have to ask my teacher if I could change seats, and the usual.

Sooo, uh, how's your day going? Great? Great. I know that I forgot something I wanted to talk about, but I can't remember what it was. This always happens. Anyways, I'm finishing this post on my phone, so I'll see you tomorrow.
