Songs to Remember: Smoke Gets in Your Eyes - The Platters, Il Mondo - Il Volo

Luckily it's almost the weekend, which, unfortunately isn't gonna give me a whole lot of time to write my letters to the KDT seniors or work on writing shit for that Post-AP delight assignment for Bio.

But, I will have a nice (hopefully nice, heh) game night at DrewN's house on Saturday night, and, a KDT performance at the comfort of my own school. I also forgot that this will be my last KDT performance for the year ('cause I ain't doing Fanime). Pretty, uh, pretty crazy. I should go back and review the performances I've done, record the songs I'm in, it's 10:15 PM, I think I'll do this after I'm done with this post (but no promises).

Psych was another day of "A Beautiful Mind." English was not that great as always. Well, at least we did something different today. We gave examples of songs that would relate to teen angst and describe Caulfield's personality in Catcher. There was a good variety, ranging from uh, Chief Keef, Linkin Park, and Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Effron.

Unfortunately we'll most likely gonna be having a quiz tomorrow on like, teen angst symptoms and quotes from the book. I guess the teacher isn't feeling that generous on giving us much breathing room, considering most of us are still working on revising our essays, and have other classes, and have already done a quiz this week. One student told him "C'mon, we already had a quiz this week." The teacher replied with something like "Well yeah, 2 days ago."

He actually asked us "Would you guys be able to pick quotes from the book and relate them to a symptom of teen angst, say, in a quiz tomorrow?" If you were to say no, he'd give the quiz anyways, heh. And so, uh, Bio was next, where we continued watching Contagion, which just started to get really good. Although, some parts just want to make you shout "What the fuck are you doing." Like, there was a part where, somewhat spoiler-y but not really, this official dude told this doctor that she was given a placebo vaccine from the people she was held hostage by, and that he was giving her the real one. She immediately gets up, at the airport, and just starts running to somewhere. The dude's like "Where the fuck are you going" and she just continues running.

Like, Jesus, dude. Just one of my complaints of the movie, irrational shit like that. Or, like, the part where the daughter's boyfriend was trying to get it on with her outside in the snow, where the father could've easily, and did, see them. Him and her risk dying to disease just to have a quickie, godamn, heh. Anyways, enough of that. Math was the usual, lunch was practice in the dance room for "Hello Bitches," again. This is like, the most practice for a dance I've done so far. Like a lot compared to other shit.

History, we read and were assigned to draw a metaphor of the Cold War, due Monday, but I'll probably finish in-class tomorrow, hopefully. And finally Chinese, where we had Chromebooks again to work on a multitude of assignments, not even kidding. We got double the shit due Sunday, especially our final, which is actually a project consisting of 16 pages on a Google document, and worth 300 points.

Considering my 95% right now, I don't think it'll affect my grade that much if I don't do it. But, since it's group work, my group members would fuck me in the ass if I don't, so uh, I gotta do it.Unfortunately it's due Sunday, like this Sunday, so, gonna have to work tomorrow and early on Saturday in order to get my part of the work done. Umm,  other than that, that's about it. We all know what's happening for the weekend, uhh, performances, practice, etc.

You know how I said that I'd have a lot of free time after AP exams were over? I thought so too. Hmmm, maybe next week will be different. Oh fuck- just remembered. There's a Chinese test tomorrow and a math test. Uhhh, shit, heh. Well, it's whatever really at this point. I've accepted my fate, and I'll at least try my best, but, we all know how it's gonna end. Oh and uh, practice, yeah, after school. Alright, see ya.
