Week: 25
Songs to Remember: Headache - High4
During practice for learning the moves to Twice's "Ooh-Ahh," I was like "I do not remember learning dances being this challenging." But then I remember how much I practiced at home, trying to learn Taemin's "Danger" and EXO's "Cal Me Baby" for the Lunar Show auditions. Damn was I committed, heh. It was early on too and I didn't know what to expect after I made it.
I do know now that that hard work pays off. And yes, I did practice today, about 30 minutes ago actually. And yes, I got pretty exhausted. Anyways, let's get to it since it's 1:24 AM. Psychology, we did a bootleg conditioning experiment with eye-blinking and tapping glass. We got a project that'll be assigned on Monday, so uh, yeah, 'mother project (which I most likely will have to Photoshop again). English was on a different level, because the "quest" that we were having was more like a test. 53 multiple choice questions, half of which were on reading a passage and basically guess on the answer, becasue it's all up for interpretation. People worked through break, even, heh, and some were still not thoroughly finished (like me). Jesus.
Bio was pretty beneficial, I got math work done, and was planning on starting the next, next work. Math, considering I just did the work in previous class, went smoothly. Err, the lesson was basically review of stuff from last year so I was comfortable with it anyways. We also got our quizzes back, which I got 13/16 on. I got most right, except, I forgot to label the fucking axis and reference angles. Like, come on man.
Lunch was the usual, US History, was too relaxing. Again. We finished the movie, was a pretty good movie (a nice social commentary and slices of lives of individuals in the situations of the Manhattan Project), except, I kept on taking those 1-second naps. But I did try to stay awake for most of it, which I did. Movie was 2 hours long apparently, and made in 1989. I'd give it like an 8/10. One thing that bothered me (and this is going back to my uh, So Don't Be on with Her roots) was that this one girl did not know what the fuck was going on. During the part where they're testing the atom bomb (or about to), she was like "Wait is this the part where uh, they're going to launch the bomb?" First of all, the bomb was hanging by a crane, so, kinda obvious that it's not going to be "launched." And it's not a fucking rocket, it's literally, a bomb, on the shale of a bomb. Not a rocket, not a missile. And like, why would they be in Japan? They'd travel across to Nagasaki, setup a huge base, and drop the bomb in the middle of Nagasaki with them being 40 miles away and in view of it. Yeah, nice. I don't think you have to be a bomb expert to know some common sense or logic.
But anyways, that was just something to comment about, I ain't gonna hold it for so long, probably gonna forget about it the next day. Umm, oh yeah and proejct assigned on Monday for US History too. And Junior scheduling orientation. Chinese, where we did the usual vocabulary review, hand gestures, and arts and crafts time, where we make uh, the 3D Chinese character for "spring." KDT practice afterschool where a lot of people showed up. I'm pretty sure about 10 of them arent going to be attending the next one, because the dance we were learning today was fairly difficult due to the speed, and so people would get discouraged by it, and the rest is history.
But yeah, a lot of people, and seeing everybody since Lunar Show was like a mini reunion. Also DrewH was there as well. And Ad, who showed up at the end of practice, heh. Umm, so yeah, played Maplestory and League, not much work this weekend, gonna get my much needed sleep, and uh, see ya.
