Week: 16
Songs to Remember: Fireking (Years and Years // Galantis) - The White Panda
There was something good that came out of freezing my fingers doing homework while watching the other KDT members practice their auditions. It was just a simple "Do you know a Vl?" "Yeah, she's in my Chinese class."
It all started with Psychology. No, not really, but it was a nice time to relax because we got done with our bootleg group presentations about drugs. Tomorrow I think, uh, not really sure what we're doing, I know it won't be too stressful, I hope. English, the composition and largely-impact-ful test is coming inevitably. We're reading up on a lot of bootleg authors of poems and shit like Poe and Dickinson. But other than that, work at home ain't all that bad, just a bit of reading and those bootleg study.com quizzes.
So this is where I talk about the status between Lt and I, and I'm afraid to say that it's just kinda, there. That's the best way I can describe it right now. I used to look forward to our conversations, mostly because it was short and I only had a limited time to do so. But now that I spend my entire break with her and her buddies, she's just talking about random shit and/or playing Hearthstone on her phone. It's just boring now that I think about it. When was the first time I talked to her? Like, season 6 I think? It's season 16 now, so, 10 seasons in.
I guess it may have something to do with this excitement thing I've talked about before, and how I get bored when there ain't any twists coming in. And also Vl currently. I blame the scriptwriters doing shitty for me and Lt and moving the budget for some upcoming episodes with Vl. Who's Vl you ask? That's the girl that interacted with my in 6th grade, who was a grade lower than me. This better be good, scriptwriters. Anyways, Biology was forgiving today. The teacher was out for some reason, so she sent us a message to bring our textbooks as it's gonna be a catch-up day today, being able to finish notes in class, finish the POGILS, etc.
It already sucked that I had to bring my heavy textbook, but that I forgot I took pictures of the other textbook, so I didn't even need to bring it. I was like "Aw, FUCK." Basically like that. Math was pretty much the same, just, lesson, start on work, etc. Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention yesterday that we got our tests back from last week. 61/76, not bad, heh, considering there were people who did substantionally worse than me. I was surprised actually that I did so well. I was also surprised that I did stupid mistakes and that was the reason why I coudl've gotten a 100% but didn't.
Lunch, no Am today, I think uh, she won't be returning for a while, heh. It was just the usual cast again. US History was alright, just some work in class, drawing, and viewing pictures from the Great Depression and we gotta write a narrative of a person depicted in one of those pictures. Ehhhh. Chinese was the usual again, we just practiced the vocabulary for the lesson. I'm still not sure about El's uh, point-of-view on our matter, but when wanting to switch seats with the girl who sits next to Jk, she didn't really want to, and so, if she can't sit with Jk (or, just not next to me), then uh, she wouldn't either, so, when the seating chart was being passed around to be filled out, she put her name so that she and that girl would be sitting together up front and Jk next to me. It's all very confusing-sounding when explaining, much easier to understand visually.
But that's pretty much all the drama there is in Chinese right now. Luckily, these seats will only be for the rest of the semester. So, pretty much only 2 more weeks in these seats and for this lesson, it ain't gonna last forever. Afterschool, I headed on over to the L-circle (area in front of the L-building, a big circle pretty much, heh) and just watched the practice for KDT while doing work. More distracting than you think with the music, dancing, people coming in and out, people, etc. I did talk a lot though, interacted with the usual people, along with Vh, you know, the one from 100% Chance of Bad. Yeah, she's still here, and she's pretty chill 'bout things too.
She also played a major role this episode as when she asked me what period I had Chinese now, I responded with "6th still." She's like "Aw man, all the juniors are in 6th period. My class period is literally just 3 juniors, including me, the rest are sophomores." So, knowing that Vl is a sophomore currently, I thought it'd be a good idea to ask "Do you know a Vl?" "Yeah, she's in my Chinese class." Well. Problem solved right there, heh. I asked again and she confirmed, 4th period. So, uh, heh, looks like the next couple episodes might be some surprised specials, excluding Saturday, that's already confirmed.
You know, I'm not really sure, but, I probably could've figured it out eventually, just by curiosity. I searched up Vl's name on Instagram, out of curiosity, didn't really hope for anything, and bam. There's her Instagram, yep, that's her alright, looks to be the same old Vl, except, more uh, High-school-y, heh. She also included her Twitter on Instagram and holy fuck, does she tweet a lot. She's also going to Sadie's apparently, this Saturday, and by one of those large-scale proposals with the human letter signs.
I'm keeping my expectations low, but you never know. I'm not expecting like, "HOLY SHIT, IT'S THE DREW FROM 6TH GRADE." More like, "Oh, yo, how you been," heh. Anyways, at least it all brings excitement to the series, that's what I like. Umm, Friday, gonna be a prequel to the fuckfest, Saturday... huge fuckfest. Alright, I'll see you- uh, see ya.
