Week 36
Songs to Remember: Life is Beautiful (Hellberg Remix) - Deadly Premonitions OST

As my Geometry teacher said after hearing about how one of his students is paying $350 for a dress, "Prom is a lot of work." Yeah, it kind of is.

So my English teacher wasn't here today again so we had another substitute teacher come in. For our assignment today, we had to write a one page paper on our dreams. Not the dreams of the characters in the book we're reading, but our dreams. I don't see how this helps in anything.

I didn't really care too much on what I was going to write so I just wrote a whole bunch of gibberish, like what I here on my blog. My teacher probably won't read it and if he does, he'll probably have a laugh about it.

Skipping 2nd and 3rd period because they are exceptionally boring, it was raining today. Like, what. A week ago it was sunny and clear skies but today it was pretty damp and cloudy. The rain wasn't really hard, though at some points of the day, it was.

Like, right after 4th period of physical education, they let us out and it just started to pour super hard for like 10 seconds and then it started raining lightly. Random downpours all day.

Because of how it rained today and the fields are all damp and wet, our teacher had us play rug-ball instead. Our team is still undefeated even after playing rug-ball. On Monday we're switching up teams so that means I'll probably be on the losing team then (whichever team that is).

During 5th period Geometry, some girl was talking about how she didn't want to go to prom anymore, like she didn't really feel like it. She had already gotten with a guy to go to prom and now she needs to find a way to tell him and like not hurt his feelings or whatever.

Another girl was talking about the prices for all her prom stuff, which included a $350 dress, $45 shoes, the $60 prom ticket, and some other stuff. My teacher then proceeded with "Wow. Prom is a lot of work." He's kinda right. Prom is a lot of work, for those who want attention.

Oh, I forgot to mention. Prom for my school is tomorrow night. I read up the schedule and it starts at 7:30 PM and ends at MIDNIGHT. I did not expect for it to last that long, or the late either. That means crazy stuff would be happening and I mean crazy stuff. Things always go crazy after 12:00 PM.

Also, I don't see why people try to make such big preparations and don't mean just their hair. Like, people actually call up limos and have them be driven to and from prom. Others are spending way too much money for it, I mean, a $350 dress? That's more than the prom ticket itself.

Ct is going to prom tomorrow with her "Best friend". She's a sophomore but the dude's a junior and Ct actually called the dude and asked him to go to prom with her, as she stated it, "as friends". We all know the dude will try to go for something. Also the guy is like, twice her height. Ct is a few inches shorter than me and the dude is like over 6 feet tall. It's going to be kinda awkward.

My Facenovel feed will be filled with happy couples and torn, broken singles. I'm going to have a lot to talk about tomorrow. Anyways, see you tomorrow.
