Week: 22
Songs to Remember: Make It Rain - Block B Bastarz

Today I got a lot of attention, especially for what I was wearing. I also discovered that sometimes it's not because of my lack of sleep that I unconditionally close my eyes during classes, but because the lecture or whatever is actually boring.

If you were wondering, my fit for today was a black blank Gildan premium hoodie, a black packable Hollister windbreaker, burgundy Cotton-On cotton-twill joggers, and my cousin's custom white Adidas NMD's, of which he painted the NMD accents red and blue (red on one shoe, blue on one shoe).

Believe it or not, the shoes gave me most of the attention. Apparently people here have never seen NMD's before or, have never seen custom shoes before, heh. I'm like "It's, it's not that amazing." I do admit the white coloring does make them noticeable and popping. I rarely wear white shoes. Out of all the shoes I've ever worn, I think I've worn white shoes, maybe once in my life, and that was when I was really young.

Uhhh, so it all started with me going to get my schedule. I went to the classroom where I normally get my schedule, for the past, few years. I think they changed it this year because I do remember writing something about them changing the room after all these years. But I didn't this morning, so I went to the room that I saw first on the list for "Tran." Not sure that I've given my last name before but whatever anymore, heh. I went to that room, they ask me for my name, and uh, yeah, apparently that room was for people with first names starting with T and have Tran. So, I gotta go to another classroom until finally I got mine's. Yep, same exact schedule except now I got Economics 5th period.

Spent the rest of the morning, walking around. The usual. 1st period Dance, I was scared, heh. Fortunately I had nothing to worry about 'cause, about 2 other people choreographed, uh, or ones who showed any proof that they choreographed and were either only a minute long choreo, or, just, not theirs. Which is fine for them, for me, I'd rather have it be OG. Uhhh, so yeah the teacher was cool about me having the choreo written down and done but not memorized. I showed 45 seconds of it which is good enough.

And yeah, my heart was beating even though I had nothing to worry about. I do admit, I improvised some moves when I showed my choreography but since nobody's seen it before or will remember the specifics, nobody'll notice, heh. Uhhh, so there's that, we write down what we like in the dances, we rank 'em from our priority to our least. I think a couple more people will show theirs tomorrow, of which will be the last day for showing choreo. Apparently we don't work on ours until February, which is ridiculous. What's even more ridiculous is that we're having a choreography unit starting next week with the temporary substitute (for like, months), when we got a rally performance.

So there's that, got a lot of attention from Sc and her buddy and some of the dudes in the class for my fit, uh, only a pinch of people were willing to teach and choreograph, I, I stood straighter or my posture was better today because of the shoes I were wearing. Second period, the teacher acts like break never happened 'cause we started what we were doing before. Yep, notes and work, and work for home. I'm like "So this is how it's gonna be huh." I didn't expect much, but I expected a bit more than this. This is just, it's just, writing in silence this class, heh.

After that was break, haven't seen the cast in a while, we, I, uh, I gave Ag a present since my closet was feeling a bit too full, and, because I was feeling generous since I was giving Atr a gift. I got her a blank, black hoodie that she said she wanted a while back when I was doing my custom clothing. I had blanks, I was like "Fuck, how am I gonna get rid of these." And whadya know, thought of it quick. And yeah, she liked it. Went, all went pretty well.

And if you were wondering, yes, I am expanding my options. Always best to have a selection. It's better to make little progress with a lot, rather than put all that progress and risk losing all of it at once. Anyways, Jk gave me that bootleg magic baby little hand for my birthday, late present, and uh, I went third period. Yep, same as I always knew it: do nothing, heh. I think we're gonna be starting work, nnnnext week. Right now it's just math or phone time. Or both. 4th period was, godamn, English, heh. We started watching "A Knight's Tale," a 2001 movie on King Arthur's time period and shit, because we're starting our King Arthur unit. There was problem when I was in class: I didn't turn in my binder, the one that's worth like, a lot of points. Apparently grades are due Thursday, so not sure if the teacher can grade it by tomorrow. I do have it, just, didn't turn it in 'cause I supposed we didn't since it wasn't requested the day of the test.

Right before the end of 4th period though, there was an announcement ober the P.A that there was a possum on campus and for teachers to close their doors. I'm like "Aight bruh, ya'll just trying to cause shit now, why ya'll gotta make an announcement about a possum." Crazy, heh. Got lunch with Ag, uhh, usual lunch, yeah. Nothing much else, heh. Fifth period, that was the longest SSR ever. After that, our teacher, I've heard about him, people have talked about him, and what is he? He's a laidback dude, similar to our Gov teacher. The best description of him would be DeadRising 4's Frank West, both facial features and voice.

He showed us his Facebook, pictures of his family, pets, details about him, etc etc. It was pretty good in my opinion, showing his Facebook profile and pictures because, I think that connects to us better, with us knowing that he's just like us, he, takes silly pictures and posts them on Facebook, he has a Facebook just like us, he's human, etc. Pretty good. Yeah, I expect Econ to be about the same as Gov. And yes, we did do a bootleg icebreaker even though we know about, 90% of the people in class already since we're, basically the same exact class as Gov.

Chinese, oh boy, we get our seats that we had before break. Oh yeah, for math we got new seats, I sit, doesn't fucking matter this time, heh, maybe next time. And Econ, could... care less, heh. Chinese, yeah we did nothing but talk, and get lectured. The teacher lectured for a good 10 minutes or so, which got me dozing off. I didn't doze off at all today but in that class so, I'm guessing boring-ness plays a big part in my drowsiness.

After school, it was KDT practice at the L-building. It was raining, so we practiced on the lower floor. We did evaluations for the dances to see if we practiced over the break or not. It was alright, except for "Fire," of which I forgot that we had to do the beginning. I did do it, one part incorrectly, but I kept up to beat, and did everything else alright, so that was good. I'm in the KDT teachers chat and uh, I was lucky not to get cut from any dances. The dude who shares the same name as me though, wasn't so lucky for "Fire." I told him that his mistake was minor, so he shouldn't worry about it, but, guess not. After all that, we did runthroughs of the Lunar Show mix, as a test.

Yeah it went as bad as you'd expect, heh. By the end of  it all, everybody got to leave except for people in "Fire," which coincidentally includes me and Atr. We just went though some small details, etc, nothing too major. By the end, we were done, I went to Atr and said "Hey Atr, you like BTS right?" and she's like "Uh, yeah?" and I pull out the BTS Wings album, here eyes light up like probably when I got my Palace shirt during Christmas time. I was like "I was in Koreatown in LA over break and I won this in a giveaway. I didn't know what to do with it so I thought I'd give it to you."

Yeah her focus was pretty much on the album. Her eyes, her eyes were big in awe, heh. She was like "WOW! THANKS" and I'm like "Yeah no problem." It was a reaction, not the one I was counting on, but, it was something. I'm uh, I'm still waiting on that Facebook post of what photocard she got. Still waiting, heh. Also forgot to mention people in KDT noticed my shoes as well. Sc, Snapchatted my shoes twice. I, yeah, heh. Tomorrow, just want one more chill day. Friday, hang out with the Discord hommies maybe, haven't seen them in a while.

And yeah. It's 12:43 AM, real tired due to how, they give us work the day we get back. Nice, nice. See ya.
