Week: 18
Songs to Remember: Good Thing! - NCT 127, Circus Freaks - Wolfgang Gartner
On nights where I'm tired from work, I don't think as clearly as the usual way I do, like how I forgot that we changed seats in Chinese.
Although stuff like that has kinda lost it's usual fan excitement. I mean, remember when switching seats was exciting? I remember it as if it were, like, several seasons ago, heh. It just doesn't have the same effect as the previous series though. Those were the days. However to compensate, a shit ton of extra specials and whatever, especially character development with them KDT performances, they uh, I'd say they make up for the lackluster seat switching.
Anyways, Dance was just a couple presentations. One on Hula dancing, aaand, one on Jive dancing. I think that's all the presentations, tomorrow we're probably gonna run through the dances we've learned, and uh, and then be given time to study. As for math, ya'll, ya'll already know what the fuck happens in here: shit, heh. I guess to compensate for all the extra special shit that happens outside of school, they gotta throw in some boring filler, like math.
Break's the usual stuff, Digital Art, umm, still, still just using it for math. I think I made a good choice with Digital Art: it lets me recuperate myself, get my mind relaxed and focus, and just, chill for a good 50 minutes, in a real nice comfy spinny chair. English, godamn, heh, we got our stories back, those epic poem stories, as well as being read to us "The Wife of Bath's" tale from Chaucer's "Canterbury Tales." Again, it's not like it's a boring story, it's just that, with the white noise created with the ambient room, the commentary by the teacher reading it to us, it's noon basically, people got their heads down and snoozing, I just, all I do is day-dream for a second and I find myself with my eyes shut like a garage door. Not for long though, it's like several seconds of eyes open, drowsily closing, closed, then open, over the course of seconds, and repeating.
Lunch, pretty, pretty deserted, heh. After I had gotten lunch (Ag wasn't at school today), I went on over to our table and find that it was just Jk by himself (Lw and Ek came soon afterwards though). And uh, yeah, DrewN was probably in Vietnam or something, probably. I'm like "Godamn, it's pretty much filtered, the cast." I gotta find something new 'cause I'm running out of shit to talk about with the cast besides asking Jk "How was Chinese class? How was math? Any new intel?" or maybe some uh, some new memes I've saved on my phone or, some philosophical questions like "What if two school shooters end up shooting up the school on the same day, what would they do if they saw each other?" Shit like that.
Gov, yep, just another couple of bills. It was both, thoughtful, and boring. You listen to people explain, then you ask questions, or listen to people ask questions, and then listen to answers. Uhhh, luckily that'll be ending after this week though as next week will be a bit more lecture on our last lesson, then it's finals. Also, this was the last week of Gov, like, the last "normal" week for Gov. And uh, ya know, it's been pretty good. I like the twists the teacher adds on to the material. It's definitely interactive and encourages questions, even hypothetical ones. Has there been times when it was boring? Yeah. Has there been times where it's like, not bad? Yeah. Definitely interesting.
Finally, Chinese, where we work on a Google form and have people answer our questions, on the form. I sent my buddy, probably one of the only ones I have in the class, I asked him to send me his. I sent him mine's when I got home, I received his like, at 9:30 PM (it's 11:55 PM right now). I'm like "Godamn it, I'm lucky it's due Saturday and not tomorrow." The teacher gave us both bad and good news. Bad news, WE GOTTA WORK ON THIS FUCKING PROJECT. Good news, after today (or tomorrow), then uh, we got some free time to study and relax, for once.
Oh and the seat change, yeah the teacher did it by tables instead of seat numbers. So like, you had some selection over the 4 seats in a group. I ended up sitting next to this one girl who I'm guessing is more comfortable sitting next to me and these other two girls in our group (we're sitting like, in the front-middle of the room). Behind us were that one girl who lied about being a Koreaboo (Kh right?) and this one girl whom I sat next to once, who ended up being aight.
Alrighty, tomorrow, I got that KDT practice, gonna have to make a fucking, 900$ shirt order, umm, do some bulk work, and yeah. Still figuring things out, like, shit I probably wanted to say but forgot. See ya.
